The Chelsea Mini Croquet Set is a cute little plaything which is a great introduction into the World of Croquet. It’s perfect for kids who want to enter the delightful World of outdoor croquet, but are a little but too tiny to use the ‘big stuff’.

John Jaques II won a place in sporting history – and a Gold Medal – for introducing croquet into England at the Great Exhibition in 1851. His display there attracted such wide attention that the game speedily became the vogue, not only here but in Europe and throughout the British Empire. Several firms began making croquet equipment, but only John Jaques has survived from that period and continues to lead the market, offering superior equipment for all levels of play.
THe Chelsea Kit comes complete with four 11′ long hardwood mallets and all of the balls and hoops required for a mini game of Croquet. It can be used indoors, as the hoops don’t need to be stuck into the ground.
